Nancy G. Jenkins, age 86, of Uniontown, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024. She was born May 18, 1937 in Uniontown daughter of Alfred Glass and Elsie Nehls Glass. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Russell I. Jenkins, JD.
Nancy was a 1955 graduate of Uniontown High School. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Nancy enjoyed cooking, baking, crossword puzzles and working with flowers.
Left to cherish Nancy’s memory are her son, Russell Jenkins, Jr. of Uniontown; daughter, Carol Jenkins, of Uniontown; and nieces and nephews, Linda Fisher (Roy) of Uniontown, Jeannie Bingham (Tim) of Coraopolis, Martha Gorecki (Joseph) of Shalimar, FL, Connie Lepore (Steven) of Herndon, VA Hodge Jenkins (Carol) of McDonough GA; Joyce Hrutkay of Washington, PA and many great nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA where family and friends will be received on Friday, February 23rd from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue in the funeral home on Saturday from 10 until 11 a.m. followed by a service at 11:00 AM with Rev. Kevin Anderson officiation. Interment will follow Laurel Hill Presbyterian Cemetery.
