Maureen P. Crable Farnella

Maureen P. Crable Farnella, age 86, of Uniontown, PA passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family at her side. Maureen was born January 27, 1933 in Uniontown, PA, daughter of Ted Crable and Marie O’Hern Crable. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Farnella.
Maureen was a 1951 graduate of South Union High School and worked for many years at Biggs and Action Hardware.
She was a member of Saint Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church. She was a Fayette County Democratic Committeewoman for Ward #7 for forty-three years and was the Pittsburgh Penguins #1 fan.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tammy Boyle and husband Jack, Nancy Smith and husband Greg all of Uniontown and Beth Carolla and husband Tom of Ohiopyle; five grandchildren, Jared Naughton (Jill), Jonathan Boyle (Sara), Colin Boyle, Carly and Catie Carolla; two great grandchildren, Mia and Nora; four siblings, Betty Lee Hudgins, Carol and Doctor Cataldo Corrado, Ted and Patty Crable and Bob Crable all of Uniontown.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & Crematories, Inc., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA where family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2:00 until 4:00 pm and 6:00 until 8:00 pm and on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 in the funeral home from 9:00 until 10:00 am followed by a blessing service celebrating Maureen’s life at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
