William C. Tichnor, Jr., age 58, of Brownsville, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023. He was born June 5, 1965 in Jersey City, NJ, son of the the late William C. Tichnor, Sr. and Beatrice Schumaker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cheryl L. Tichnor.
William was a 1983 graduate of Brownsville High School. He served in the United States Navy. William worked as a Hairdresser for J. C. Penny. He enjoyed hairdressing and loved to dance.
Left to cherish William’s memory are brothers, John W. Tichnor (Cheryl) of Easley, SC and Paul D. Tichnor (Diane) of Point Marion, PA; step-sister, Jackie Semdia of Dayton, OH and nieces and nephews, Paige, Kati, Brittany, Josiah, Timmy and Kim.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, PA, where friends will be received Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 10 AM with Pastor Jerry Frain officiating. Interment will be private.
