Teresa M. Botts Hanan, age 56, of Uniontown, PA, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021 in Uniontown Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born in Harlan, KY on June 12, 1965 daughter of Betty Bentley Tressler. Therese was preceded in death by her daughter, Ashley Botts and brother, Paul Botts, Jr.
Teresa was a graduate of Evarts High School and was a member of Ages Pentecostal Church. She worked as an EMT for 25 years and worked as a customer representative for NiSourse. Teresa’s greatest love was her family. She was affectionately known as “Ninny” to her grandchildren whom she dearly loved.
In addition to her mother, left to keep Teresa’s memory alive are her husband, Ronald Hanan of Uniontown, PA; son, Josh Dotson (fiancee, Ariel Hull) of Durant, OK, daughter, Amanda Botts (fiancee Wes) of Durant, OK; sisters, Carol Botts of Evarts, KY and Tammy Dreyer of Newport, KY; grandchildren, Sara Kovach (Chad), Tara Kovach, Ashley Kovach, Summer Kovach and Ava Coy; brothers-in-law, Mack Hanan (Kathy) Patsy Hanan (Misty), Woody Hanan (Ranee) and sister-in-law, Joy Lewis (Dave Stillwagon).
Arrangements have been entrusted to ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, PA. In accordance with Theresa’s wishes there will be no public viewing.
