Retta Mae Jordan, age 77, of Dawson, PA passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 in Ruby Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side. She was born in Nellie, PA on January 6, 1948 daughter of the late Lawrence Hall and Mary Catherine Hannan Hall. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Jordan, Sr.; son, Robert Jordan, Jr.; brothers, Thomas Hall, Donald Hall and John Hall and sisters, Mildred Jordan, Evelyn “Mickie” Verchinsky and Sally Petko.
Retta was a 1958 graduate of Uniontown High School. She enjoyed going to the Casino. Her family was her life.
Left to cherish Retta’s memory are her children, Cathy L. Stewart of Dawson, PA, Michelle Higbee and husband Ross of Dawson, PA and Christopher Jordan and wife Vanessa of Uniontown, PA; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Hall and wife Sherry
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. According to the family’s wishes there will be no public viewing.
