Marlene L. Mrosko Rusko, age 83, of Uniontown, PA, passed away Monday, June 17, 2024 at her home. She was born February 12, 1941in Uniontown, daughter of the late Michael Mrosko and Mary Sassak Mrosko. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael James Rusko; an infant brother and an infant sister.
Marlene was a 1959 graduate of Fairchance-Georges High School. She was a member of St. John’s Byzantine Church. Marlene was employed as a Vet Tech at Duck Hollow Animal Hospital and had a dog grooming business in her home. She enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her family.
Left to cherish Marlene’s memory are her daughter, Theresa Raffle and husband Chris of Uniontown; brother, William Mrosko and wife Helen of Uniontown; sister, Shirley Stitcheck of Continental 2; granddaughter, Amanda Miller and great grandchildren, Abigail, Wayne, Evalina and Silas.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. Burial will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2024 in St. John Byzantine Cemetery.
