Helen R. Breakiron, age 53, of Uniontown died peacefully, Monday, November 14, 2022 with her husband by her side. She was born June 28, 1969 in Uniontown, PA, the daughter of the late Leonard Skelton and Mary Provance Skelton.
Helen enjoyed working for Uniontown Hospital as a central sterile tech. She enjoyed being outdoors and had hobbies involving gardening, horses, and chickens. She also enjoyed music and playing the piano. In addition, she was also a member of the Faith Assembly of God church and graduated from Bible Baptist School.
Left to cherish Helen’s life is her loving husband, Fred C. Breakiron, III; sons, David N. Breakiron (Megan) of Ohio and Shane Breakiron of Cardale, PA; daughter Shelby Breakiron of Dunbar; brothers Benjamin Skelton of Uniontown, and Leonard Skelton of Tampa, FL; sisters Regina Skelton of Uniontown and Lenona Machuik of Mt. Pleasant; mother-in-law Barbara Breakiron of Footdale; brother-in-law Gary L. Breakiron of Fairbank PA; sister-in-law’s Brenda Mecgerko of NJ and Wendy Breakiron of Republic, PA and five grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Andrew D. Ferguson Funeral Home & Crematories Inc., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. Per the family’s request there will be no public viewing.
