Harold D. Hetrick, Jr., age 87, of Smithfield, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born in Hoult, West Virginia on December 28, 1933 son of the late Harold D. Hetrick, Sr. and Audrey Stansberry Hetrick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane Hamilton Hetrick, daughter, Janet Sisson and brothers, Fred Hetrick and Denny Hetrick.
Harold was a 1952 graduate of Connellsville High School. He worked as an automobile mechanic for Faulker Motors. Harold loved trains, traveling and fishing.
Left to cherish Harold’s memory are his grandchildren, Kimberli Orr of Smithfield, PA, Robert Miller of Connellsville, PA, Leslie Pettitt of Uniontown, PA, Jolene Rider of Kentucky and Gary Wilson of Collingwood Park, Australia; eleven great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the FERGUSON-BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, INC., 78 Main Street, Smithfield PA. In accordance with Harold’s wishes there will be no public viewing.
