Donald James Swihart, Jr., age 54, of Lake Lynn, PA passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. He was born on November 4, 1967 in Waynesboro, PA. was the son of the late Donald “Buck” Swihart, Sr., and Cheryl L. Grande Swihart of Lake Lynn, PA. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald “Buck” Swihart, Sr.
Donald graduated from Fairmont High School class of 1985. He then worked as a carpenter for many years. Donald’s family was his life he was a great dad and a great longtime companion for 30 years to Staci Sapp. He loved fishing and Harley Davidson.
Donald is survived by his loving longtime companion of 30 years Staci Sapp; two daughters Mariah Hilton, and Emili Radosevich and husband Brandon of Masontown; four sisters, Lori Hart of Smithfield, Kimberly Swihart of Smithfield, Tracy Darnell of Masontown, and Sandi Swihart Hicks of Lake Lynn; four grandchildren, Daniel Clark, Bryson Radosevich, Madelyn Radosevich, and Noah Hilton; lifelong friend, Tom “Pie” Jeffries; Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ferguson-Brownfield Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., at 78 Main St., Smithfield, PA 15478, where friends and family will be received on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 3 PM-6 PM followed by a service celebrating Donald’s life at 6 PM in the funeral home with Pastor Ron Cralton. Internment will be private per family request.
