Vincent M. Masi, Sr., age 77, of Uniontown, PA, passed away unexpectantly Wednesday, July 24, 2024 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born January 14, 1947 in Uniontown, PA son of the late Dominick Masi, Sr. and Irene Fiorentini Masi. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Dominick “Neener” Masi, Jr. and Frank Masi, Sr.
Vince was a 1965 graduate of Uniontown High School. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. Vince worked as the service manager for Garry’s Auto Sales and Service for ten years and before that National Ford for many years. He was a member of St. Therese de Lisieux Roman Catholic Church. He was a member of AMVETS Post #103 of Hopwood. Vince was the president of the Aviglianese Society. He loved traveling to Florida and across the country in his motor home. Vince’s passion was racing but his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Left to cherish Vince’s memory are his loving wife, Cindy Bobak Masi; daughter Kim Masi Brown (Bob) of Uniontown; son Vincent Masi, Jr. (Kim) of Uniontown; brother, Anthony Masi (Linda) of Uniontown; sister, Darlene Rebar (Frank) of Uniontown; sister-in-law, Velma Masi; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Vince was the most hardworking, respected, loving, devoted and caring husband with the biggest heart.
Arrangements have been entrusted to ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, July 28th from 2 until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue in the funeral home on Monday from 9 until 10 a.m. followed by a Blessing Service celebrating Vincent’s life at 10:00 a.m. with Father Tony Klimko officiating. Entombment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park.
