Keith David Alexander Forkey, age 69, of Uniontown, passed away, Wednesday, June 25, 2024 at his home. He was born May 13, 1955 in Landsdale, PA son of the late David Alexander Forkey and Elizabeth DeSantis Forkey.
Keith was a graduate of Fort Hill High School, Marshall University and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Keith served as a pastor for the United Methodist Conference of West Virginia for many years. He was a Boy Scout Leader with Troup #302 and was a member of the National Historic Parks Association. Keith was an avid reader and he enjoyed chess, camping with his grandchildren and walking his faithful dog, Angel.
Left to cherish Keith’s memory are his loving wife, April Andrews Forkey; sons, Jonathan Aaron Forkey (Patti); daughters Lee-Anne Elizabeth Scott (Paul) and Melissa Forkey; grandchildren, Paul, Xavier and Ian; his faithful pet, Angel and sisters, Katherine Randall, Kimberly Burke and Kristie Wilkins.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. A graveside service celebrating Keith’s life will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 10 AM at Mount Macrina Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Keith can be made to the Autism Connection of Pennsylvania, 711 Bingham St., Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
