Dora Jean (Dee) Cumberland Keffer, age 61, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020. She was born in Connellsville, PA on August 26, 1958 daughter of the late Russell Cumberland and Arles Little Cumberland.
Dee was a 1977 graduate of Connellsville High School. She was a dedicated animal lover, especially of cats and helped with rescues and fosters. She was also a big supporter of the group Sparkling Queens of Drag and loved their shows.
Left to cherish Dees’ memory are her daughter, Shauna Cooley and husband Jeffrey, grandson Gaige Clay, granddaughter Serenity Cooley and long time companion Michael Ritenour.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. Per Dee’s wishes there will be no public viewing. There will be a celebration to honor Dees’ memory at a later date.
