Charlotte M. (Craggs) Moon, 86, of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving daughter, Susan. Charlotte was born April, 13, 1938, in Monongahela Hospital, the daughter of the late Charles and Helen Craggs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Moon on December 26, 2022; two sisters, Helen Hatfield & Shirley Barncord; and one brother, Charles Craggs.
Charlotte was a homemaker, grandmom and owned and operated the Moon’s farm with her late husband. Charlotte enjoyed playing bingo and going to lunch with her friends.
Left to cherish her memories are her kids, Pamela (Tom) Herbst of Republic, PA; Clyde III (Jo) of Venlecia, Spain; Charles (Denice) of Welsey Chaple, FL; Susan (Paul) Macar of Uniontown, PA; Paul (Aimee) of Springhill, FL; Adam (Jennifer) of Raleigh, NC; brother, Richard Craggs of Monongahela; 15 grandkids, 26 great-grandkids, and one great-great-grandchild; and a very special granddaughter/daughter, Amanda Haines, for the special care she gave our mom (her gramma).
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Andrew D. Ferguson Funeral Home & Crematories, Inc., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown PA. Services will be private at Charlotte’s request.
