Services and Merchandise Offered
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If you are required by law to buy items which you do not specifically request, we will explain the details fully on your statement of funeral goods and services.

| Preparation of the Body | ||
| Embalming: Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. | $525 | |
| Refrigeration: Our policy requires refrigeration for an unembalmed body after 8 hours. This refrigeration fee is for a 3 day period or portion thereof. Each additional day costs $50. | $150 | |

| Use of facilities and staff services for visitation (per day): Our services include setup of visitation area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangement, and attendant during visitation. Extra day of viewing $150. | $355 | |
| Use of facilities and staff services for funeral service in funeral home, church or other location: Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral, display of floral arrangements, and staff assistance with funeral ceremony. | $420 | |
| Use of facilities and staff services for memorial service (with or without remains present) at funeral home, church or other location: Our services include coordinating the memorial service arrangements, supervision of the memorial service, display of floral arrangements, and staff assistance with memorial service. | $420 | |

| If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of material like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without outside covering). The containers we provide are fiberboard. | $1,130 | |
